From Locri you can easily reach Gerace, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful medieval villages or borgos in Italy. From here you can fully enjoy the breath-taking view on the Ionian Sea…it’s definitely worth it! From the archaeological site of Kaulon you can take the road leading to Stilo where you can admire its characteristic Byzantine church, locally referred to as “La Cattolica“.
