PIANO TERRA
The “piano terra” is a studio flat located on the gound floor of the building and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The flat is furnished with wooden furniture in a rustic style and includes a fully equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and a spacious bedroom where stone walls create a very suggestive atmosphere. Outside the room there is a cosy and intimate courtyard. The flat is air-conditioned

The “primo piano” is a two-room flat located on the first floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 4 peopleand includes a comfortable bedroom furnished with antique furniture, a Mediterranean-style kitchenette, and a private bathroom with shower. The flat is air-conditioned.

MANSARDA
The “mansarda” is an open space located on the second floor of the building, with private entrance from external staircases. This newly refurbished flat can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed of a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a wide bedroom.
The flat is very bright thanks to its position. Moreover, its exposed ceiling beams and ethnic style create a warm and enveloping atmosphere.
